What's Included in a Water Slide Rental? The Full Breakdown
A water slide rental from Splash Republic includes everything but the guests: delivery, professional setup and anchoring, sanitizing before drop-off, full insurance, and end-of-event pickup. You just provide a flat space, water, and power. Here's the full breakdown — and the few things you supply.
What's included in every rental
- Delivery — we bring the slide to your home, park, church, or venue, whether it's a compact Sundown 16 or a giant Cape Fin 18.
- Professional setup & anchoring — our trained crew installs it, anchors it (stakes on grass, sandbags on hard surfaces), and safety-checks it before anyone climbs on.
- Sanitizing — every slide is cleaned and sanitized before delivery, so it arrives fresh.
- Full insurance — every rental is covered, with a certificate available for schools, churches, and HOAs.
- Pickup & teardown — we come back, take it down, and haul it away.
You don't transport, install, clean, or store anything — the whole point of renting a showpiece like the Highwater Tower 27 or Thunderhead 28.
What you provide
- A flat area — grass is ideal; concrete, asphalt, or turf work too.
- A water spigot — a standard garden-hose connection.
- Power — a grounded outlet within ~100 ft (or ask for a generator).
- Adult supervision — an adult should watch riders during use.
What's NOT automatically included (ask in your quote)
- A generator, if there's no power on site.
- A staffed attendant, if you'd like one.
- Extra hours or overnight.
- Long-distance delivery — delivery starts with a base fee, the first 15 miles included, then $2.50/mile plus a small pickup fee.
How pricing works
Rentals start at $155/day, and most backyard slides and combos run $250–$550/day — all-inclusive of delivery, setup, sanitizing, insurance, and pickup. A budget-friendly Carnival 16 sits at the low end; a full Grand Waterworks Combo at the top. There's no online payment — you request a free quote, we confirm your date and exact price, and you pay offline once it's locked in.
Why "all-inclusive" matters
The most common surprise renters hit elsewhere is a low sticker price that doesn't include delivery, setup, or insurance — so the final bill balloons. Before booking with anyone, ask: "Is delivery, setup, and insurance included?" With us, it always is. Whether you're planning a birthday party with a themed Stargazer 18 or Siren Cove 18, or a big backyard bash with the Keep & Splash Combo, you'll know the real number up front.
